About

portrait

Early in my life I was working on pieces of material, the leftovers I have from my mother.
With my old manual sewing machine I cobbled everything together: pillows, quilts, doll clothes and clothes for myself, and that was often embroidered and painted again.
The sewing courses at school I found terribly boring and I tried the limits of the commands to search, this was not always well understood.
Because I was hit in the care of the patches in the background.
In 1997 this changed because I was chronically ill at home Sat I found the pieces again and started my first and only traditional quilt. Of course with the beginner mistakes such as using ordinary needle and thread and "ordinary matter".
After attending a few courses I had the good taste to pick. I was encouraged to further discoveries.
And so I'm still trying to develop myself further in the processing of textiles.
